True mixed feelings

Few things! The model number on the console case is different from the one on the console, even though PlayStation said there is nothing to be worried about. I’m hoping it is not a refurbished console. There is no booklet manual in the box, no headset. For the performance, it is ok, I’m hoping it stays that way. Please I would advise we spell it out in details if it is a brand new or third party.
