malfunction powerbank

I don't know about others oo but the one I got hass alot of issues. The power bank can decide to work today and not work tomorrow, sometimes it won't charge and even the 2 output USB for charging always shake. To be sincere I really really regret getting the powerbank because I've not seen a new powerbank with alot of problems. In short is waste of resources to me.
