It doesn't last

At first I charged the power bank till it was full so I would check how many times it will charge my phone, I charged my phone 3 times and it was still on 100% the the forth time it went down to 75 % then the 3 bar remaining died charging just 1 phone form 75% to zero which meant that once the first bar is gone forget about it the remaining 75% 50% and 25% is useless
