The product is securely packaged but quite heavy. I would not mind the weight if it performs as stated. It arrived at 50% charge, and it took approximately 15 hours of continuous power charging to reach a stable 75% charge. After 16 hours of charging, the product has still not reached the remaining 25% to achieve 100%. I cannot discuss the functionality yet, as I just received the product on December 20, 2024, and it has been charging without reaching full capacity. I must say that the charging process is very slow. I will adjust my ratings once I begin using it. For now, you may anticipate around a week to fully charge it from 0% to 100%. I am uncertain about its discharge rate at this time.
