VERY VERY SLOW CHARGING

I got my hand on the Philly power charging bank two weeks ago, the offer was too good to be true and indeed too good to be true. While the bank can last for a whole of 2days before the need to recharge, it takes a really long time for it to fill up your phone. My phone is 5000mah battery capacity and that means it is expected to charge my phone like 9-10 times before going off. The power banks deliver a very slow charging rate, it takes 4hrs to fill my phone even with a fast cable. Also the iPhone lightning charge is not working and the type c to type c outlet is not working as well, for phone like Samsung it takes 10hrs 30mins to charge to fill. It is a complete waste of money to get this unless it's your only alternative
