Poor battery

I made sure I charged till full with NEPA light before using and this is the first time I've used it and I intentionally used it till it ran down so I can charge it again with light hopefully the battery would get better because I can't return at this point. Imagine 50k mAh charging just 4 phones before going off and it was fully charged, the battery kept jumping between 25,50 and 75 before finally going off. The battery is weak and it's beginning to feel like a waste of money honestly.
