It works well

I would have rated this a 5 but for some issues I had during installation. Out of the 4 screws needed to screw in the rear grill to the motor, 2 were bad. It took a lot of effort to remove one of the screws. The second screw wouldn't come out so had to use 3 screws to hold the rear grill. The fan blows well and it's not noisy.
