the fan is notworking at all

The product is very bad I bought it last week when I received the fan it was covered with tape it was hard to open so I have to tear the carton so now I don't have carton to return it they do want to take it back I ended up losing 25000 for two fan pls my advice is don't buy this kind of product ???? ???? ???? ????
