Its a terrible product, doesn't work well. Firstly, it's extremely painful to use and causes some level of injury. Now before you say I didn't use it correctly, I am a tech guy and I know exactly how to use the product. Even after an incomplete usage, it left me in pains for over 25hours. Can't even bear the pain of using it at an underarm. Kindly recall the product and correct it
