Progressive Failure

I noticed the clipper was underpowered from the very first use—it lacked sharpness and the motor felt like it was dragging. I was away for a while, and upon returning to use it, the performance has worsened significantly. Now, the battery indicator flickers erratically and the unit shuts down. When I try to restart it, it jumps straight to 0% despite being charged. It seems like the internal battery or the circuit board is poor quality. I am really not happy about this. Not a good buy for me
