Quality
THIS IS SO NICEEEEEE. It is bigger than it looks, retains the temperature of the liquid kept in it. I highly recommend.

Dissapointed Heartbroken and Angry
Let me start by saying I waited since last year for this cup, finally got nd it broke my heart. Used it for the first time on the 18th of May and on the 19th which was the last time. Used it for hot water and after the second day, the black rubber became slack and didn't close well. And now, I cannot use the cup again.. But it does retain hot water for a very very very long timeeee???????????????????????? Find a better way around the cup cover. Now I see there are new flasks and I am scared to buy.. Thank you
