Sent wrong product

I didn't get what I bought, I ordered for Oraimo Airbud 4 but they sent Airbud 3 I just had to keep it because I didn't want to go through the whole process of sending it back. Either their logistics is bad or they didn't have the product and sent a downgrade. Ew
