Dear Jumia Team I am not happy with this order. I ordered this ultra Glide steam iron with 2400 watts but what was delivered was a 1200 Watt with few features. I decided not to return the item because I needed it for my Laundry business and it was an urgent need that I don’t have the luxury of time to return and wait again for all the process. In this case I was cheated for about 5k because the iron I got after checking the price was around 11,656k while I had paid 16,990 for the intended one. I want you to investigate this and give strict warnings to suppliers to always bring the exact displayed items because an entire business can depend on it. And you should do your due diligence to vet properly items from suppliers. Thank you.
