I Love It

The fact that it is lightweight, reconnect itself when you are close to your phone after disconnecting while away is goal for me. It pick calls and there's clear communication is a good one. I will recommend this anyday and anytime.

I like it but..

The sound quality and build are great. I use it for run/jogs and it stays in place. Here are the issues I have with the product: 1. The battery life is poor about 3hours and some minutes. 2. For some weird reason, the language changed to Chinese and I don't know how to return it back to English. 3. I've still not been able to change/adjust volume. I tried the instructions in the manual but it is not working. 4. The microphone quality/clarity drops as call progresses.
