This does exactly what it says… as a medical personal, while I used this, it helped suppress appetite but made me dehydrated, Ensure you are drinking enough water, a lot of it. Then I suggest you take your multivitamins too to ensure you’re getting all the nutrients needed each day you can’t get from food.. All in all , it works well
