The phone is faunty
Don't sell items that is not good for customers I bought the phone for blind man to surprise him, but unfortunately I was disappointed from jumia and the customer service guy that spoke to me, imposed on me that I should come to pick because they won't refund back and I travelled down to receive the phone for him, now am in bad mood, jumia am begging you change the phone for my blind father or u refund me back.
