The fan was delivered on time which was great. Thank you to the delivery men. WE appreciate you. TO JUMIA (Sorry I have to post this here because it's difficult to get hold of Jumia staff) I have to say though that JUMIA is incompetent and I will never ever order anything from them again. As a US based person who is used to ordering everything online, this company is not impressive. They appear to be an Indian company operating in the Nigerian Market which I don't believe they understand. You're allowing your vendors to lie about delivery. You're holding customers' money when they order, there will be a Class action lawsuit against you which I will initiate. Don't encourage vendors to scam Nigerians.
