Nice product. I did hear some noise but it left after some hours, about 8-10 hours later. Wasn't difficult to assemble although I should mention the adjustment rode is inside the stand so put your finger in and draw it out. My only concern is the control buttons are quite close to the blade and grill. I have to put my hand under it to switch off the fan or change the speed.
