No fast charge

It clearly stated that it had a fast charge, but it doesn't, both on output and input. The only thing I won't criticise much is the capacity, even though it isn't giving the promised ~22k mah it's still giving around 20k MAh at full charge. Everything else sucks. The fast charge absence is really a killer for me.
