Large tablets. Don't know if it is working yet
I've benn taking this for a week+ now. I don't know how it is supposed to feel if it is working. However, I've noticed that my muscles do not ache for long after a workout session or after playing sport. The only gripe I have is the size of the tablets - they're fucking huge. It would be nice if they made the edges rounded, just like cod liver oil, vitamin E, etc.
