I like the feel of the cup, the aesthetics is just loved by anyone that saw me with it, the straws are metal too, with a washer. Good for the money. It retains cool drinks for a while. I've not tried it with the hot though. Generally it is a good buy. I'd still buy another for anyone anytime.
