The phone stop working after a month I pick it up on the 5-09-2025 and it stop working on the 5-10-2025, the screen went blank it went off and that is all, it refuse to come on, I took it to the jumai office and I was told that there is nothing that can be done about it there, says i should call customer care, I called and called but no agent was answering the call. And till now it has refuse to come on
