Great, but needs some improvements

I have used this blender/chopper for about 2-3 weeks, and it does the job, BUT it needs some improvements here and there. 1. The cable/cord needs to be a little longer, and the cable head needs to be 3-pin, not 2. 2. It has no balance on its own. You would need to hold it down while using it. 3. The cover does not close up or lock. It's just like a lid on top of a cup to cover it which still boils down to my no 2 observation. Not having solid lock coverage is one of the reasons it lacks balance. Overall, it's good, and can chop most food items to bits so long as you press and leave for a few seconds so that it doesn't overheat. It does the job, so I'm good.
