EAR SPEAKER NOT WORKING

I got this phone as an office line, and I discovered the ear speaker is not working at all, when I receive calls I can't hear anything from the ear speaker. I have to put the call on full speaker and reduce the volume before I can receive calls. This is not good at all. Every other thing is fine but please don't sell defective phones
