Just as seen. Flask size is good. It has a very small plate tucked into the cover to dish very small portions. It also has a release button on top to let out steam when you preheat with hot water. Keeps food very hot for some hours, yet to test how long but 1st 2-3 hours, food was still burning hot. By late afternoon, left over food wasn't sour. Silver coating at the base is wearing scraping off just a little bit, insignificant all the same. Worth it!
