It stops charging all by itself. You must remove and reinsert the charger before it starts charging again. Sometimes, it charges slow, sometimes it’s fast. It’s really not a genuine product, in my own opinion.
The charger head is bad. You sold me a faulty charger head!!

I ordered this item thinking I was getting “an original iPhone charger” at a discount price. Little did I know i was wrong. The charger is nothing close to original. It takes longer hours to charge and the cord is annoying short. Oh! Did I get to say that your phone begins to malfunction when it’s plugged in. Oh yes! You can’t use your phone while it’s charging. If you can, please don’t break a sweat on this item.
