UNUSABLE BURNER

I tried using it yesterday for the first time and one of the burners, the one on the left burst into uncontrollable flames, almost burning the table if not for the mercy of God. The one on the right was working without flame outburst but was smelling like there's a gas leakage despite the tube and cock properly installed on the cylinder. Now I have to look for someone who can repair it. It feels like a rip off. I've already thrown the carton away, so returning it now might not be possible.
