I like it. It's rugged. Only that when you load the big cup over 70% capacity it becomes hard for it to blend properly. So make sure you don't load it too much, especially with anything that's hard to blend. Also it cam automatically turn off when you overload it with hard to blend food substances. Overall, very good blender
