Life made easy!

Love it! I use it for 30 seconds, and BINGO! The pounded yam is ready! If at all I need to go beyond 30 seconds, I wait for about 3 mins. Also for Pounded Yam lovers, I generally would add a little, very minimal hot water to help with the pounded yam texture. Once you exceed the 30 seconds initial mark, the motor smells, best to use this carefully. Hopefully, with more R&D we will get more powerful machines in the near future. But for now, this is the REAL DEAL!

In less than two minutes, it has pounded my yam to finest paste! I actually do not believe it could pound this fine like traditional mortar and pestle until what it did in less than two minutes is way more better than what mortar and pestle can do in ten minutes.
