I wasn't impressed at first with the manual knob as I would have prefer the controls to be digital. But I've gotten used to it and everything seems to work fine. More like a plug and play kinda stuff. Preheats well and I've used it for making fries, turkey, fish and beef. I also use it to air fry panla fish to make it very dry and it was a blast.
