Everything good so far
This is a preliminary review, for I just took delivery. The book is in pristine condition and the packaging was adequate. The delivery initially came a day earlier, which unfortunately created a bit of issue of my not being at the delivery address. I think this should be remedied by calling before the delivery person sets out. So, far a good experience. I will make a more comprehensive review on the book when I am done. Thank you.
