It takes between 8 - 10 minutes to boil a full kettle. I like the way it looks. It's pretty sturdy. Don't overfill it beyond the max line, and you're good. No spills or anything. You'll only see water on the base if you exceed the max line. The cord is short, but I can manage that for the value it brings. You can plug it into an extension. I used the white iTel extension, and it did not burn, so use a good extension to cover up for the cord length. Overall, I give it an 8/10. I keep my 2 because it is not up to 2Litres Buy it. For the price, it is 100% worth it.
