Disappointing Performance

This watch looks good, but it's a total disappointment. As a fitness enthusiast, I need accurate tracking with a reasonable margin of error. However, this one massively overcounts my steps, even when I'm seated or standing still. The heart rate and SpO2 sensor is also playing games, sometimes reading data from my pillow! It's unusable for my needs. The only good thing is the design and making calls. 1 star at best.

I have a well known brand smart watch which costs more if you want to buy this quality of watch. Same specs hence I ordered this water and it is beautiful with extra strap. This strap is better than other smart watches. It does not itch nor scratch when you sweat unlike the well known brand which I have.
