This is my second time buying this. Was attracted to the loud sound and the battery. And i bought it again But the manufacturers need to fix 2 flaws, the costant balance mode sound and super mode and unconnection of one ear immediately. 2. The fact that you constantly need to forget device while trying to connect not a good idea. And if you’re a sucker for base as opposed to background sound then i will advise you look at other itel products. Aside all of these, it’s a wonderful product
