STARTED MALFUNCTIONING AFTER 2 WEEKS OF USE

First time of trying itel product, and it's been disappointing. 2 weeks of using the watch, it starting malfunctioning, restarting by itself. The watch nvr fell, got soaked in water or damaged, it just started malfunctioning. I'm nvr buying any itel product again.
