it doesn't pass 98%

At first it didn't pass 98% for hours I thought of returning but I decided to give it one last shot by checking what the problem could really be, I reset it by pressing on the power button for long and now it enters a 100, but a new issue is it doesn't turn off itself after it charges my phone fully, but aside all that it serves well and it's a very strong powerbank.
