it never stays in the ear

Kindly find a way to make this thing stay put in the ear. It keeps slipping out. Yes, the batter is crazy good, the sound is okay but this issue hasn't allowed me to enjoy the device for once.

This is a very good product from itel. Works perfectly with good battery life. I only charge the casing once a week just because I want to and not because it's low. But you have to push it into your ears to feel the bass
