Randomly refuses to work even when fully charged

I bought this exactly a week ago and in a week it has randomly refused to come on even when fully charged. The first time I thought it was dead but I wondered how cos I charged it. Only to realized it was actually charged but just refused to work. It has happened again a second time and this is just a week of using it. Itel work on this product.
