Been using this for 5 months. It’s an okay product and the battery is veryyyy good. I don’t think I’ve charged more than 5 times since I’ve been using it. A full charge can last you up to 3 weeks. Although I haven’t been using this to its full capacity so I can’t talk about the health aspect. It does have a variety of watch faces but I think they could do with more minimalist style for us who prefer that but you can always customize the watch face too. It’s an okay product for the price. Unfortunately this is my first smart watch so I’m unable to compare its performance with other products.
