FAKE PRODUCT
Do not buy from this vendor. The powerbank is fake I repeat the powerbank is fake❌. It is not the original itel version, and it doesn't last long.

Its a geat concept...
I like the fact that it doesnt come with a flash light(which further reduces the battery life) but it can only charge a 5000mAh phone 2.7 times which doesnt meet the 2000mAh tittle standard it screams. The type-C reverse charging is a great innovation from the previous models. I personally dont support "fast charging" for power banks, as it takes away something to give you the "fast" experience. If you're a regular day-to-day phone user, it can take you through 3 or 5days before it dies but if youre a heavy phone user, it might be one day lesser. But if youre looking for an average power bank with a low budget, then its a fantastic choice. Its a brilliant model, but improvements are nercessary. I generally appreciate the itel power banks.

Love it
I love the digital display on it, and not to mention the durability, i will always choose it anytime anywhere and I recommend it to people, because so far it has been the best 20,000 mAh power bank out there
