awesome power bank but charger quality doubts

Third purchase of this power bank and I and the person this one's for only have good things to say about it still. But the charger got burnt already after just two weeks. I must admit there was an irregular power supply but other devices survived it ????????‍♂️. And finding out the charging cable isn't a data transfer cable (both for charger and the powerbank) is quite painful but I understand the need to cut cost to get this price point.

It's like most of the reviews stated for the power bank are lies. Once my phone charges to like 40% the first bar will disappear before 100% it's remain two bars which doesn't charge my phone for the second time.
