notification LED and waving issue

i just bought the infinix x551 from jumia. it was delivered very fast but after switching it ON,all other things functioned well except the notification LED and waving action was not on the device at all (i dont know maybe it was not in this version). i dont know if anybody can help me out on this. aside that,the fone is a good device. i love it.thanks jumia
