The goods arrived in good condition, and the collection process was smooth and hassle-free. However, I was disappointed to discover that one of the items expected to be included was missing—the wall hanger for the television.
While I appreciate the smooth delivery process, the absence of an essential accessory is disappointing and does not reflect well on the overall service. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly by providing the missing wall hanger.
