The wax stick is really good. It keeps my kinky straight wig hair flat. The wax stick is not a roll on, so you can't twist it to push the wax out. But there is a round button at the bottom of the bottle. When you push it in, the wax comes out. Just don't push it too much, or too much of the wax will come out and it will be hard to close the bottle with the lid.
