⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing
I ordered a BLACK lunch bag, but Jumia sent me a RED one. This is not what I ordered, and I am extremely disappointed. If I selected a specific color, I expect to receive that exact color—not something completely different. This shows poor attention to the customer’s order. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected.
