Corrupted SSD

This laptop gave me a hard time when I bought it. It just kept crashing everytime. The 1TB hard drive was not good and I had to purchase another one just so I could use the laptop comfortably. Was very disappointed.

Excellent product.

I was initially alarmed when the battery was dropping crazily while updating. But once I fully recharged and upgraded the firmware (bios), the battery autocorrected itself and worked normally. I understand the initial battery drop is normal in Dell laptops if you use battery for initial updates. Connect to a power source for first bioware upgrades. Very happy with this purchase and will buy other things from this seller. Bola.
