What i ordered vs what was delivered
1. I ordered for a new laptop and got a refurbished or used laptop. 2. It came in a terrible fake hp carton (product sticker was printed, poorly cut and stock on the side to make it appear as brand new. 3. The screen had finger print smear and wiped down 4. The form factor was scratched on the sides 5. the Operating system was not genuine. (did not come with the usual HP bundles and there were no drivers had to go online and download drivers) 6. Out of curiosity, i tested the SSD to check it's health using (Hard Disk Sentinel free) and found it was 99% 7. The Battery was dead flat when it arrived, i had to charge to 100%
