This product is refurbished and was packaged as new. The seller should have indicated it’s refurbished. Now the laptop doesn’t come on and all even when it worked it had so many software updates. Now it’s not even working at all . I am definitely returning this
Not as expected but it's working fine. My concern was that it is not as wide as the 14" that I used to know
