Mixed feelings

I love the product and it came with all the specs. But the L key on the keyboard isn't working. I would have tried a return, but I can't go through that stress, and some pointers online are saying it might be a Windows 11 Pro bug since the L is working on the on-screen keyboard. I'm not really sure, how to solve this and will appreciate if the seller can somehow reach out if they have a fix. I don't want to start taking a new laptop to repairers. I have tried all the suggestions online and none has worked.
