It’s bad how customer care is finding it difficult to reach out to the seller to request a change in defective product. Fingerprint not working, Bluetooth not working, camera not placed properly and not working and for more than 48 hours they haven’t been able to find a solution nor responding to messages regarding this. Not everyone wants to request a refund but a change to get what they actually requested for.
